It’s been long rumored that Samsung is working on an entry-level smartphone in its Galaxy Grand Prime – series. Successor to the Galaxy Grand Prime that was launched in 2014, the new Galaxy Grand Prime+ has been launched in Russia. However, there is another smartphone called Galaxy J2 Prime which bears the same model number as the Galaxy Grand Prime+ — SM-G532. It is essentially the same smartphone with a different name, which is market dependent. One of the key highlights of the smartphone the front-facing 5-megapixel camera with selfie flash, and it runs on Android Marshmallow OS. Spotted by winfuture.de, the smartphone is available for purchase via third-party online retailer OnlineTrade in the Russia. It is priced at RUB 9,990, which is approximately Rs 10,200 in India.
The smartphone will be available in pink, gold and black color variants. As of now, there is no word on when plans to bring the smartphone in India and other markets outside Russia.
